STRAVEL provides travel agencies with information on this website about products and services offered by tour operators affiliated with the Travelance alliance, allowing them to initiate bookings directly online. By accessing and using this website, the travel agency agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you carefully read this section before browsing.
2. User Obligations. Users agree to use this website lawfully, in accordance with these terms and conditions, and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights or interests of STRAVEL or third parties. By way of example, and in no way limiting or excluding other obligations, the User also agrees to:

Therefore, neither STRAVEL, nor its administrators, employees, suppliers, or collaborators will be liable for any damages, of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Website. STRAVEL expressly excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, whether express or implied.
STRAVEL does not guarantee the availability and accessibility of the Website, although it will make all reasonable efforts in this regard. Interruptions may occur from time to time for the performance of necessary maintenance operations.
STRAVEL is not responsible for any damages resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone malfunctions, or telephone disconnections caused by factors beyond its control. STRAVEL is not liable for delays or interruptions in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in the data processing center, telephone lines, the Internet system, or other electrical systems; nor for any other alteration that may occur in the Users’ Software or Hardware. STRAVEL assumes no obligation or liability whatsoever with respect to services that it does not directly provide.

Under no circumstances will STRAVEL assume any responsibility for the content of links belonging to external websites, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, validity, or legality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other internet sites. 4. Contracting of Products and Services. Reservations for products and services offered on this website constitute a contract between the agency and the tour operator that markets them, with STRAVEL remaining outside the commercial relationship established.
4. Users and Passwords. Travel agencies are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their registered accounts, assuming exclusive responsibility for the consequences of the use made of access credentials and the activities carried out through their accounts.
Passwords for accessing registered user accounts are confidential and non-transferable. Travel agencies agree to notify STRAVEL of any modifications or deletions that must be made to User accounts if those Users cease providing services to the corresponding agency.
Agencies also agree to immediately notify STRAVEL of any security breach of their accounts.
5. Denial of Access and Account Cancellation. STRAVEL reserves the right to deny access to the Website, as well as to suspend or cancel the accounts of Users who violate these terms and conditions; in the event of unforeseen technical or security problems; account inactivity for a significant period; or in compliance with a police, judicial, or administrative order or request.
Such cancellation or suspension will be at STRAVEL’s sole discretion and will not give rise to any compensation.
6. Processing of Personal Data. Users can find information about the processing of their data and how to exercise their rights of access, erasure, restriction of processing, and rectification of their personal information, as well as their right to object to processing and data portability, in the privacy policy available on the website’s homepage. This policy is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright.
